No replacement or refund will be provided for used manja under any circumstances.
Kite flying results depend entirely on the customer’s kite flying skills and techniques.
Please think twice before purchasing kite thread.
Once used, no refund or replacement will be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation will not be accepted once the order has been processed or shipped by vendors/merchants.
Orders placed during kite festivals or special occasions are non-cancellable, as these are limited-time offers.
No cancellations are accepted for fragile items such as kites.
Refund or replacement for fragile items will be considered only if the product quality is proven to be defective.
If you receive a product that is different from what is shown on the website, you must inform our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
Products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty must be addressed directly with the respective company.

Refund requests can be raised within 90 days of purchase (where applicable).

Returned products must be:
- Unused
- Properly packed
- Sent back within 5 working days of delivery
Courier charges for returns will be borne by the customer.
If the returned product is found damaged or used, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be made to the same online payment method used during purchase.
